1. Acceptance

By downloading or using KeepAnalyzer (the "App"), developed by Sosyal Medya Panelin ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

The App provides follower analysis for your own Instagram account: who does not follow you back, who unfollowed you, low-engagement followers, engagement ranking, follower reports and viewing stories of accounts you follow. All actions run on your device, on behalf of your account.

3. Your account and responsibility

  • You may only connect an Instagram account that belongs to you.
  • You are responsible for complying with Instagram's Terms of Use. The App offers "safe speed" rate limiting, but unfollow/follow decisions and their consequences are yours.
  • Instagram may temporarily restrict accounts that perform many actions. We accept no liability in that case.

4. Free plan and Pro subscription

  • The free plan has daily limits: 1 scan, 3 bulk removals, 5 story views.
  • The Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) removes these limits and unlocks unfollow alerts and CSV reports.
  • Subscriptions are charged to your Google Play account and renew automatically at the end of each period. Unless cancelled, the renewal is charged at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • If a free trial is offered, the subscription is charged unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for spam, harassment, unauthorized access to another person's account, or in any way that violates Instagram's rules. You may not reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the App.

6. Accuracy

Analyses are based on the data Instagram provides at that moment. Changes to Instagram's API or interface may affect results or temporarily disable some features. "Ghost" and "Low quality" labels are estimates based on engagement with your recent posts and account signals, not definitive judgments.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or restrictions applied to your Instagram account arising from use of the App.

8. Relationship with Instagram

KeepAnalyzer is an independent app and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Changes and termination

These Terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Access may be terminated for users who violate the Terms. You may stop using the App at any time via Settings > Log out and uninstall it.

No. KeepAnalyzer does not have its own user accounts, sign-up or login system. You connect your own Instagram account through an in-app web view directly at instagram.com . The app is serverless : nothing about your Instagram account (username, session, follower/following lists, scan history, preferences) is ever sent to or stored on our servers. All of it lives only on your device. Because there is no server-side account, there is no server-side data to delete. Deleting your data means deleting it from your device, which you can do at any time as described below. 2. How to delete all your data Option A — Log out inside the app Open KeepAnalyzer.
