1. Does KeepAnalyzer create an account?

No. KeepAnalyzer does not have its own user accounts, sign-up or login system. You connect your own Instagram account through an in-app web view directly at instagram.com. The app is serverless: nothing about your Instagram account (username, session, follower/following lists, scan history, preferences) is ever sent to or stored on our servers. All of it lives only on your device.

Because there is no server-side account, there is no server-side data to delete. Deleting your data means deleting it from your device, which you can do at any time as described below.

2. How to delete all your data

Option A — Log out inside the app

  1. Open KeepAnalyzer.
  2. Go to Settings (Ayarlar).
  3. Tap Log out (Çıkış yap) and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes the local database (follower/following lists, unfollowers, snapshots, "Keep" list, action history) and the Instagram session cookies stored on your device.

Option B — Uninstall the app

Uninstalling KeepAnalyzer from your device removes the app together with all of its local data. Nothing remains on any server.

3. What is deleted

  • Instagram session cookies kept on the device
  • Lists of accounts you follow and that follow you (username, name, profile picture URL)
  • Scan history and follower-count snapshots
  • Accounts that unfollowed you, actions you performed in the app
  • App preferences (language, notification settings, "Keep" list, theme)

4. What is retained

  • Anonymous analytics — Firebase Analytics collects aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics (screen views, device model, country, app version). This data contains no Instagram identity and cannot be linked back to you. It is retained by Google according to the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase's default retention period.
  • Purchase records — Pro subscription purchases are handled by Google Play. Purchase history is kept by Google Play under your Google account; the app stores no payment data. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

5. Your Instagram account

Logging out of or uninstalling KeepAnalyzer never deletes or changes your Instagram account. KeepAnalyzer is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. To delete your Instagram account itself, use Instagram's own tools at instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent.

6. Deletion requests by e-mail

If you have any question or believe some data related to you is held by us, contact info@keepanalyzer.app with the subject line "Data deletion request". We respond within 30 days. Since the app is serverless, in practice there is no personal data we can locate or delete on your behalf; the steps in section 2 are the complete deletion procedure.
